My bad I forgot to mention that, it's Tom Reilly's variant for the spotlight issue, found it on twitter

There is something you can read while waiting for that issue, It's called Ruby Quartz Panic Room, Jay wrote it after Cyclops died in 2018, it's a character analysis of Cyclops and his own personal connection with the character, it deals heavily with mental health issues

You can get it here https://gumroad.com/l/rubyquartz you put the price you want to/can pay

I loved the explanation of what makes Cyclops appealing. For me, I've always realted to him becasue he reminded me of my issues with OCD and anxiety. It shows that you can't really predict what it is that people relate to indentify with when it comes to superheros. You can feel represented where others wouldn't guess.

This is where the X-Men are important as metaphors, as relatable icons for the underdogs.
For you, Scott, for people who are physically unacceptable to society, Kurt.
    It’s all good.

So Maddie is back and she's still pissed about what happened 35 years ago. You think she's gonna come after Scott?

    -Hellions 3 happens
    -Xmen 11 happens

Scott: Why do I hear boss music?

I have a question about the Scott Summers of the XCU - Mainstream Timeline.

In the movie "X-Men" (2000), Sabretooth takes his ruby quartz visor off, and Scott emits the beam toward the train station's dome.
Why didn't Scott close his eyes after 1 or 2 seconds from that, thus shutting down the beam before harming the structure?
I guess that the Movieverse Cyclops gets some difficulties when trying to close his eyes "instantaniously", because in some way the interdimensional fissures push against it? That's a good hint.

FANTASTIC touch of retroactive continuity: Toad did not kill Scott Summers/Cyclops or even harm him, but just locked him into a display case, because they had been BOTH inmates at Three Miles Island in 1983 ("ORIGINS"). So there was a nice empathic connection between the two.
