Yeah, admiration of a pairing isn't inherently bad, but sometimes shipping takes it way too far.

For me it feels like to some fans (not all who like the pairings, and this is my obserations too) if Jean ends up with Logan, Scott loses. If Scott keeps Jean, Logan loses. If Scott end up with Emma, Jean loses.
