It doesnt matter. Jean and Scott's marriage ended when she died. Anything that happened with him after that is irrelevant

Who said (canonically) that Jean's marriage (or Madelyne's for that matter) to Scott was annulled after Xorneto murdered her?

I dont believe Scott's marriage to Maddie was ever really legal considering all her documents were fabricated since we would later learned that she wasnt whom she claimed to be (courtesy Sinister's manipulatons)
As for Jean, Im not sure if it was every addressed in the books but their vows said till death do us part and a marriage legally comes to an end with divorce or death. Scott had her declared dead and buried and he himself would later die

Jean and Scott are still alive and living and acting like husband and wife. I think the marriage is still a thing.
Hey I was thinking the other day, you know what would have rocked if they had not done the whole death of cyclops bullshit and instead sent him to prison? He could have easily been the leader of a new thunderbolts team and we could have added to his characterization away from the x-men. I would have had him with black cat and prowler II and eddie brock and so forth. Some other dudes. The point is you would have given him room to breathe and "redeem" himself while at the same time adding a completely different dimension to his story as well as given him some friends and romances outside of the x-men. It would have been cool. Now with Krakoa its too late. It feels like hes never going to be able to shake the x-men for a while.

Love these two heroes, in these forms it makes me think of “good intentions paved the road to hell”
Some good art to brighten up this hate filled sub-forum.

Jay Edidin's issue is coming out in September. Woot!
Dark does not mean deep.
I just saw in the solicits that there's going to be three covers. One by Alex Ross, a variant by Tom Reilly, and another, which I didn't know about before, by Mike Mckone. I'm totally going to get that one! Mike Mckone is hands down one of my favorite artists. He's actually THE artist I would pick to head a Cyke mini-series or full series.
