    Why does this keep happening?!

Yes, but not in a way that matters outside of genealogy or anthropological genetic studies. The common ancestor is so far back that Scott is probably more closely related to ALL of his sexual partners than to the Living Monolith.

The common ancestor is most likely Poccy, who can't be more recent than the Second Intermediate Period of Egypt about 1600ish BCE. It's not.canon, but if Poccy caused the Bronze Age Collapse as he states then his origin must predate that, and since the Pharoah from his origin story is 100% fictional he can only be slid into history during one of the Intermediate Periods between Kingdoms - the most recent one that is still before the Bronze Age Collapse is the Second, putting Scott and the Living Monolith's common ancestor 3600 years ago.

That isn't to say there isn't another one more recently, but that's the one that matters for on page plots.

    Totally agree with you.

Apocalypse and his cult is telling The living monolith that he is in fact from royal pharaoh lineage so that would mean the summers are to from x-men 54

Pretty sad if so, since one of the books today is supposed to be the one he's starring in.

Scott only appeared very briefly in today's X-Men issue (while he's supposed to be the main character in this book) but at least Hellions # 3 literally said he was the leader the mutants wanted to follow

Magneto get the spotlight, the same way Vulcan did last issue. Cyclops appears in a group shot like last time.

Hickman is TROLLING us with the way Scott is used in X-men. There is a whole space battle that Scott is leading yet we dont see it. Like this could have been the Empyre mini tie-in instead of what we actually got

And X of Swords will come, and we all know Cyclops won't be part of it. So for the next 2 months, I won't even bother to look at any x-book, except Cable maybe.

Yeah, he only had a letter and a cameo in a group shot in the last page. But fans of other characters will say we deserved it due to Cyclops stealing the spotlight from their favorites for years, so thank goodness we have this thread to complain about it.

One good mention is the data page in XM 11. 26 battle plans for offense and 14 for defense.

Best reminder of: There is no plan B. That implies we only have 26 plans.
