The Marvel's Voices anthology one-shot is getting a new cover for a reprint, and Billy and Teddy are on it:

From the looks of the November solicits (as far as I can see) looks like everyone's back in the bin :/

Maybe we get a cameo from Teddy (and maybe Billy?) in Guardians since it appears to be Noh focussed, but other than that, it seems like Empyre was it in terms of YA showings this year.

There's still December and/or surprise announcements, but as of rn, we're back in hibernation mode until maybe Darkhold with Wanda comes out and Billy has a showing, since Orlando did post that pic of Children's Crusade. Other than that, there's also Wandavision if it comes out this year.

I wish Marvel had a new book for them right away after Empyre ends, but I'm not getting mad just yet because we know there is more Empyre-related content coming. Valerio just started working on something, so it'll probably be a while before it gets formally announced.

And yeah, I think it's possible Teddy could show up in GOTG. The solicits keep mentioning this cosmic diplomatic conference, which seems to be a direct consequence of the events of Empyre.

Considering that November's going to be a lot of that King in Black nonsense, the YA are better off not being near it.

It's not just November, though. The main event starts in December, so if they had to shelf the YA just because of it, we might not see them again for a couple of months, depending on how long the event is. Hopefully they just bring the characters back and ignore the event.

I'm still a little anxious about the panel/page count that will actually be dedicated to Billy & Teddy. Its heavily being advertised as being THEIR issue, but I'm nervous they're going to dump some very unnecessary chit chat between the Avengers or Fantastic Four -- as if we need MORE of Tony and Reed chatting(??) -- I just don't want any page space wasted because there is just so much Billy/Teddy specific content on the shelf waiting to be dusted off.

OMG, they even did the Hawkingbird costume! Now that's a throwback. It definitely looks like she's gonna be a playable character if she has all those skins, right?

Without a doubt she'll be playable, these skins all but cement it. She's going to be released alongside Clint when that comes out and be apart of his story. Their main inspiration after all was Matt Fraction's Hawkeye run.
