IIRC...Cassie's last known age would be 16. She was 15 when she moved to Miami in the Ant Man series. Then in Ant-Man & The Wasp with Scott and Nadia going thru the microverse Scott was trying to get home for her birthday.

That's correct. Scott also said that Cassie and Nadia were the same age, though Nadia can only guess her own age as she doesn't know when her birthday is. When Cassie found this out (probably from Scott, who'd have found out from Janet), she turned her first meeting with Nadia into a birthday party for her, with Viv Vision's help.

Though what was in question here wasn't Cassie's current age, but how she aged up when Young Avengers started 15 years ago. She'd been shown as a pre-teen, perhaps only 9 or 10, only a few months earlier in Avengers, but in YA she was suddenly 14.

It seems like every member of the team has confusing time placement.

Cassie got aged up a lot after Dissembled.
Billy and Tommy somehow reincarnated into new bodies in the past.
Kate's age has now gotten incredibly inconsistent.
Even Eli doesnt make much sense considering how old his grandparents must have been when they had his father.

Now that you mention it, yeah, the Bradley family timeline doesn't add up. Isaiah and Faith met in the 40s, got married and had their first daughter, Sarah Gail (who's supposed to be Eli's mom), not long after. Josiah (Eli's uncle) was conceived in the 50s, I think. Then all that time passed and Eli was a teenager only a few years ago? They need a retcon at some point to explain this family. Maybe they can change the timeline of events and say that Isaiah had a slow aging process, and only met Faith and had children with her many years after his time as Captain America. This way they can keep his origins tied to the War, explain how he stuck around for so long while also making his family younger.

In-Law means she's related to Teddy through marriage, in this case through Billy

Billy's soul-father (for lack of a better term) is Vision.

Vision's body is/used to be Jim Hammond the Human Torch (it's confusing, Time Travel and Immortus are involved). Let's just say the two are brothers and leave it at that

Jim Hammond was created by Phineas Horton. Frankie Raye is Horton's step daughter.

It was a commission. Maybe the person commissioning specifically requested not to include Cassie.
I remember some people who frequented this forum in the past trashing on Cassie. So I wouldn't be surprised.

That art also has both Iron Lad and Vision, but of course Vision was Iron Lad's replacement, so they shouldn't both be there. Unless the person who commissioned it specifically requested it.
