Just google Allan’s name along with each name and you’ll see how he knows them.

The only one I can’t find along with his name is Richard Chung.

Edit: Duh, Richard Chung is probably someone the artist Jimmy Cheung knows.

I feel the fail safe would be updated. With the deaths, and others gaining powers with both Inhuman during the Terrigen Cloud, and Mutants for the after events of AvX (Did that have a name?) And many others through just accidents
So those throw away names feel moot.
So with all that some newly established characters can work, or use other Young Powered who haven't had a chance to shine. They just need to follow the Young Avenger rule of BEING BASED AROUND A PROMINENT AVENGER. I say stick to under used young since most next big stars fall flat and say which Avenger they capture.

The Fail-Safe is implied to be people with ties...directly or indirectly...to an existing Avenger. Billy and Tommy are directly tied to Wanda because of the reincarnation of her children's souls. Josiah X was on the list as being indirectly tied to Steve as a product of the continuing super soldier programs to re-create the SSS. And Eli became that legacy when he got a transfusion from Isaiah.

That is why I want to see these characters developed...how are they tied to existing Avengers. Can it be to an Avenger...to an Avenger's bad guy??

The fail-safe never made much sense because how did Vision know about Billy, Tommy and Teddy when no one else did?

Unless Vizh kept a detailed genetic database of everyone in the country and cross-checked it with Avenger DNA

Let's not forget the fail safe had them to replace the wrong Avenger, as Billy was to replace Thor. Also Teddy was listed as a Mutant.

The fail-safe didn't mention which Avenger they were related to.
