This Champions outlawed event is actually pretty good. Why is Squirrel Girl there though? She's an adult. They way they draw Amadeus I keep thinking he's in his 20s

He, New X-Men Academy, Hellions and the Power Pack should be adults by now like Jubliee and whatever remains of Generation X. Yet they are not.

However, Franklin shouldn't be an adult. He was born in the late 1960s yes, but only 15 years are supposed to have passed since the Fantastic Four got their powers. Accounting for the fact the Future Foundation spent five years restoring the multiverse after Secret Wars, but comic book time didn't exist in Earth-616 until Franklin's birth (remember, Peter Parker started out at age 15 but was in college within a few years), his current age of 15-16 sounds about right.

Squirrel Girl debuted in the 90s, but she, and most of the current teen heroes, UNLIKE Franklin, were actually born before the FF got their powers.

No amount of training can necesarilly prepare you for such a life-and-death moment in the heat of the moment. I mean, Tony's once accidentally vaporized a dude so you can't prepare for every situation.

Or at least in-universe Peter and Miles had very different physicality's and environments that lent to them projecting themselves differently.

The MU also didn't have a lot of teen heroes at the time Peter first started out so people might not have so readily assumed Spider-Man's age like they do now when they see the new Spider-Man palling around with a very young Ms. Marvel or with adult Avenger who are much taller than he is.

That's good to hear! Maybe the delay between the relaunch and the original oneshot actually helped whet peoples appetites .

That might be truer than you think. Bleeding cool also posted an article saying that the Outlawed #1's Anna Rud variant cover sold on ebay between $2450 and $2500. This seems to be because of increased interest in the Outlawed mini-event and demand for more content comic post-shutdown.

You mean besides the Human Torch of the Fantastic Four and the original five X-Men? That said, I do see your point, though I could see it coming down to overall generational differences between Peter and Miles.

So how old is Jubliee then? If we are taking 15 years of FF with powers-are we to assume New Mutants and Generation X and X-Men Academy and New Warriors all took place in that short of time?
