I think logan should copy general howlett and grow a mustache..

Technically Wolverine should not be able to grow a mustache or have his mutton chops form a full beard. Logan's hair (at least in the past) seems to be tied in some way to his healing factor. When he has cut his hair shorter to go undercover in the past or when he has had it burned off by fire his hair grows back at an extremely accelerated rate and always has the same style with fully formed mutton chops. Several creative teams have forgotten this in more recent years. For his hair to be as short as it was during New X-Men he would have to cut it several times a day. I can buy depowered Logan or Old Man Logan being able to have short hair since his healing factor is severely depleted, but not standard Wolverine. As I see it his healing factor locked his hairstyle in at a certain point, perhaps as he reached a peak physical point.

so X-Factor says that it’s genetically part of Daken’s mutation that he is immune to extreme temperatures on either end; was this or something similar ever stated anywhere for either Daken or Logan before? I can’t recall, I think it’s a new thing?

It's not new. The older Wolverine bios from the 80's and some of the more in-depth ones used to mention that Logan had an extremely high tolerance to extreme temperatures bordering on immunity. Let's not forget this guy used to roam around Yukon in the middle of the winter naked for extended lengths of time. Sleeping comfortably while naked in the Snow in -50 degrees Fahrenheit?

I think its a new thing, because Wolverine has been subdued by extreme cold before.

When? He's been frozen before, but not necessarily subdued. He usually breaks out of the ice fully awake. Once trapped under a glacier for 6 months. Wolverine has survived and been able to function for a pretty decent amount of time in the vacuum of space. That's pretty much as cold as it gets, like minus 455 degrees Fahrenheit. And that's without a space suit.

As someone that read everyone Wolverine solo (except Savage) i can said...yes is new, closest thing that i can think is when in Cornell's run was explained that Logan healling factor could make him stronger and faster in certain circumstances.

Cornell never said anything about Logan's temperature resistances. He said Wolverine could in bursts push his muscles harder and attain superhuman speed and strength, which is nothing new really. Wolverine has always been written a being physically enhanced.

It was confirmed that Logan's sword is the Muramasa blade in today's X-Men Monday.

Ugh... He should just use the Honor Sword of Clan Yashida. That thing could already take out immortals and unlike the Muramasa blade it was UNBREAKABLE.

- classic brown & tan costume
