She is on Nick Roche's Iron Man 2020 #1 Variant:

Albert appears during the first issue of Iron Man 2020, so maybe Elsie Dee will appear either in the following issues or in the iWolverine tie in mini.

I agree, he's such a good artist and with any luck he will draw a Wolverine story one day.

He also revealed a beautiful variant for the upcoming Darth Vader series:

Yeah I'm not sure what happened to him, he was very active years ago back during the New 52. I think the last time I saw his art was in one of the Dark Knights Metal tie-ins 2 years ago, it's good to see him back.

Wolverine #1 variant by Gabriele Dell'Otto:

    Source: https://twitter.com/QuixoticComics

This is a famous artwork by Gabriele Dell'Otto which was used by Panini for one of the covers of the Wolverine series in Europe years ago but strangely enough I don't think it was ever used by Marvel for the U.S. Market, so it's nice to see this artwork makes a return. I do remember that he also drew a Wolverine & Phoenix artwork around the same time but this one is a little too NSFW to be used as a variant lol.

In other news, Luciano Vecchio redrew the famous scene from House of X (originally drawn by Pepe Larraz) with a twist:

I have to admit, I really like this one!

Another Dell’Otto cover for Wolverine! This time with no crazy eyes. Very nice. I’m excited for all of these covers. I can’t wait to see the sales numbers for Wolverine #1 and the series itself, especially since they’ve announced too many X-Men books in general.

I’m actually dropping Marauders for Wolverine. Leaving me with just X-Men and Wolverine.

Yeah this variant is cool! Marvel announced a lot of X-Books recently that's for sure and from what I understand there is still "X-Corp", the Moira book they need to announce and X-Cellent is also coming this year. One thing I can say is that almost everyone is going to have a book they enjoy reading.

I will try to follow most of the X-Books in tpb or with Marvel Unlimited but the only X-Books I think I'm going to buy monthly are Wolverine and X-Force for now (at least until the release of X-Cellent) the two books should complement each other nicely. I'm not sure what I'm going to do with New Mutants and X-Men though, I like the space stuff in New Mutants and despite the fact that I was disappointed by the first three issues of X-Men I enjoyed the last issue so maybe I will keep reading until the two titles collide.

I remember that he was one of the main artist in Action Comics during the Rebirth era. But yeah, i don't remember much more of him after that (i believe that i saw him in a Marvel ongoing recently, but i might be wrong).

Boo to that first cover, how can be an homage when it d9esn't have the Commando face paint lol. (Being serious it looks cool)

That Otto just reminds me to Hugh Jackman and his tendency to end naked in the Fox movies. Still, looks pretty cool, Logan in the second arc of Rucka's run (Coyotr Crossing) looked kind of similar.

Also that Lucciano artwork is great and i actually would have prefer to see that scene in the book. I like Scott and Jean just fine, but i'm really not into the idea of then being that close and chummy to each other (not that i want then at eacth other throats, but i think that is for the best if they more cordial than friendly with one another).

I will pick up Wolverine and stay with x force monthly. I likely will follow New Mutants in tpb, if it keeps the space related stuff, because I am enjoying the space stuff. Maybe I am occacionally picking up single issues of x men, like the upcoming issue #5. The rest I am not so sure about.

Ah you're right, I completely forgot about that, I was mostly reading the Superman series by Tomasi/Gleason at the time, I only read Action Comics during the Superman Reborn crossover. No clues about Marvel, I think he did the covers of some of the Absolute Carnage tie-ins but I'm not sure.

Lmao at the commando face paint One thing I noticed about the cover is that the Silver Samurai is colored red, I do hope for Logan that he didn't kill the Scarlet Samurai here that would be messed up lol.

You're right about the Otto variant, and Panini must have thought the same thing at the time since the cover was used when they've published the Rucka's run in some European countries.

I agree with you about the "throuple", Ororo/Logan/Kurt makes more sense for me too.

Honestly I think I will do the same thing regarding New Mutants & X-Men after X-Men #9.

It looks amazing!!! Thanks for sharing
