Default What is your favorite Marvel Event/Crossover?

I did a thread talking about everyone's least favorite crossover and Civil War 2 won in a runaway vote. Other contenders were Avengers Vs. X-Men, Age of Ultron, Secret Empire, and my personal choice Secret Wars 2.

But enough negativity! What is your favorite major crossover/event? I obviously cannot list all of them so I will try to use the Wikipedia article, and what I have inferred are the most well liked crossovers, in making this list. I'm also limiting to "Marvel" events as opposed Spider-Man or X-Men though with something like Absolute Carnage I was not sure if that counted. Because I think that was firmly a Venom event, I did not include it.
    The list:

    1. Secret Wars 1984
    2. Atlantis Attacks
    3. Acts of Vengeance
    4. The Infinity Gauntlet
    5. House of M
    6. Civil War
    7. Annihilation
    8. Secret Invasion
    9. Siege
    10. Original Sin
    11. Infinity
    12. Secret Wars 2015
    13. War of the Realms
    14. Empyre
    15. Other - Which one?

My favorite is Secret Wars by Hickman followed closely by the first Annihilation. I have a soft spot for the original Secret Wars...but it's not very good. I've never loved Infinity Gauntlet as much as everyone else but it's clearly good and its another one I have a soft spot for as it was one of my first TPBs. I think Secret Invasion is the best event Bendis was a part of and I think War of Realms was a solid wham bam climax to Aaron's Thor run. But yeah, it's Secret Wars 2015 and Annihilation for me. Both were wonderfully executed.

I would add Evolutionary War and Inferno to the list.

Polls only allow 15 so had to make some cuts. I put Atlantis Attacks over Evolutionary War somewhat arbitrarily but mostly cause I prefer Atlantis Attacks which is a bit egocentric of me.

Inferno is an X-Men crossover through and through. Yes there were tie ins but that in an X-Event more than a Marvel event in my mind.

I piut my vote in for House of M. Not because of the main story which I thought was okay but because of the tie in. House of M Avengers, Masters of Evil, Fantastic Four, and the list goes on. I can read this series all day

Secret Invasion. Main book, Mighty Avengers and New Avengers were what I read. Pretty damn good.

Civil War would have been a better fit in the other thread.
Tolstoy will live forever. Some people do. But that's not enough. It's not the length of a life that matters, just the depth of it. The chances we take. The paths we choose. How we go on when our hearts break. Hearts always break and so we bend with our hearts. And we sway. But in the end what matters is that we loved... and lived.

    I voted Secret Wars (2015).

I think it’s pretty much the perfect event. It was this huge, all-encompassing thing with big stakes. There was so many epic moments. It had some of the best tie-ins I’ve ever read too. The build up was immaculate, it all felt very organic. Plus, it probably had the best art of all the events.

Shout outs to Annihilation (lost on a coin flip) and Siege.

Never read Mutant Massacre, but really dug the rest.

But understandably, the OP chose to exclude anything X-related and I won't argue with that logic.

Annihilation probably for me, it was a really strong event.

Both Secret Wars are great, too.

Always had abit of a soft spot for Siege, because it was great finally getting to a point in Bendis’ run where The Avengers were truly back.

    Gotta be Annihilation for me.

Secret Wars 2015 was very, very good (the Avengers lead ins like Time Runs Out etc were su-PERB), but after the event ended.... It felt like it never happened.
