    Reading the other thread about this team...I never thought of shipping Daken and Rachel. Considering their parents, the thought never crossed my mind. That would be...interesting?

    And, I too, strongly prefer Kevin Wada's design of Daken.

    The best part of the new series aside from Lorna and Daken being on the same team again, is that the Summers/Grey, Magneto, Wolverine, the main X families' kids are all working together, and I just love this fact

    I'm really curious to see how Daken is written here. Hopefully, Leah is not a fan of Remender and Sina's horrible characterization of him.

    I think if there’s a writer we can trust to write queer characters well, it’s Leah. I don’t trust straight male writers to handle Daken, they’re obsessed with his daddy issues, either ignore completely or villanize his bisexuality, and have a competition of who can kill him next/make him more terrible for Logan.

    This time we have a female writer who’s also bi and who already mentioned her intention to explore the snikt family more, so I’m not too worried.
