SMWW is not just a "ship", a mere fictional couple. Both influential the lives of fans, both are examples of how we can be better, how we can combat social inequalities and prejudices and as fans we also have this duty. That is why I do not accept it when they are written as mere agents of the system, as government hounds or even as selfish fools! People see them as the ideal of father and mother, of children, of husband and wife ... it is something that transcends the pages of comics! Using the couple's image to inform the population, to entertain those who are quarantined, to bring some joy in these difficult times is also to do our part.

Well said. I agree with all the points you made. Superman and Wonder Woman, both as individuals and as a pair, are viewed as symbols of what people aspire to.

Hmm...we will see. But it really shouldn’t be about a generation thing. It should be professional and respecting what works and understand that not everybody likes the same thing.

It isn't worth closing the door to concepts and story potential.
