AFAIK, Miller still wants to do DKIV all on his own. DKIII was an exception because DC wanted it out around BvS' release and couldn't wait Miller doing alone the writing and art of it.

Rafael Grampá needs to do art and co-writer is needed for better flow.

5 minutes of shared screen time generated this much of interest (whether art, toy photography, or random comments of could’ve, should've, would've between SMWW) says a lot. As well as the obvious questioning of why they don’t have interaction.
