Hey guys, havent been here in a while but what did you think of WW dead Earth (is that what its called) issue 3?

Ahhhh my dear .... what to say ... despite understanding the reason why she did what she did, the heat of the moment, her uncontrolled powers (here I am taking into account what they said in the pre COIE period that without the bracelets her power increased but she gradually lost control) I didn't like it. I am one of the biggest defenders of the fact that Diana, "unchained", is able to face a Superman with his full and uncontrolled powers .... who would win? I don't know but I'm sure it would be a catastrophic event and capable of destroying the planet. But .... this whole story is really bad really bad. What is going on? Is DC unable to hire good writers (I won't even mention the merit or not of art here). Another fact that disappoints me here is that she and Clark clearly don't seem to be close friends ... I don't believe that even in anger, hurt and uncontrolled she would do what she did (I'm avoiding spoilers here).

Ivy then grabs Harley and takes her to Psycho's lair at the mall, leaving the heroes on the rooftop basking in their carnal nature. What's intriguing is, while we don't see it happen, it appears Superman jumps in for a threesome with Wonder Woman and Batman as he says he can see under their costumes, putting a whole new spin on the Trinity.

Not to say that the superman wonder woman relationship didn't work outside of editorial interference but again it shows that the dynamic can work. But I guess it will show once Astro city comes to TV screens it will be another chance to show that the relationship can be interesting.

I like also the depiction of the SM/WW rip-offs' relationship in the Squadron Supreme series from the middle 80s.

Maybe in the future if Henry cavill can come back we could see this since there might be renewed interest. I heard that he may sign on for guest appearances, maybe he could drop by the 3rd wonder woman film?

Patty Jenkins expressed more than once her interest to work also with the SM character as well as talking A LOT about SM and WW's parallels during interviews. 🙃

That book is... weird. But I was expecting OOC stuff since the writer said he never read a comic about WW because the character never appealed to him.
