Cassandra Nova triggered Mama's secondary mutation during the Genosha Massacre. While I personally hope Christian doesn't get a secondary mutation because i like his current power set. Should he too be able to become an organic living crystal like his sister. I hope he turns into Amethyst or Peridot instead of a Diamond

No, Emma did not meet Cassandra Nova before Genosha, what we saw in Astonishing X-Men was her survivor guilt delusions from having been infected with Nova's psychic "virus" in New X-Men.

I don't know why they would put Tony and Emma together with the big recent shifts in their status quos, but the relationship with Janet might have just been intended for this one run's story since it already involves Jocasta and Ultron and stuff.

Tony ended his relationship with Janet after learn that he isn’t the real Tony Stark. I wonder if their wedding will an alliance between the robot revolution and Krakoa. Tony will be one of their leaders.
