Yes, it is clear he finished. There are several X-men we know who have completed degrees: Xavier, Reyes, Bobby, Emma, Hank, Havok, Polaris. I'm sure there are a lot more. We know Jean attended Metro College (early days), Columbia (night classes during X-factor), and Empire University (Teen Jean during first part of Extraoridnary X-men). There are probably others that may have some college or may have completed but it was never outright stated one way or the other.

same im incredibly surprised, it looks like Kelly is using that she doesn't age in her diamond form as she still looks really young in the panel and thus, would explain how shes still alive in the future which is neat.
