John's old flame reporter Tawny Young is a talk show host on Harley Quinn.
I didn't know Tawny Young was going to appear on Harley Quinn
I can't believe I never realized that lmao. That's impressive honestly since she only appeared in GL comics. They could've easily went for Vicki Vale or some other known news reporter.
I'm actually surprised that DC hasn't forgotten about her.
nothing's been announced but we do know John will be playing a significant role in Endless Winter and (according to the writer using him in it) it will be setting up John's direction going forward; so maybe we could be getting a John solo of some kind next year. it would be prime time to give John something since Milestone is right around the corner, and if the rumors are true that they want to make John the DCEU Green Lantern then they'd want to start getting him popping in the comics to get in on the movie synergy or start putting together more John stories they could adapt down the road.

The Endless Winter event sounds promising for John Stewart. Probably going to be the biggest build up for him since being in the Justice League. It does sound like a hint for a potential solo.
It's interesting that DC is moving towards an unlimited monthly service for digital comics. Sounds like a good direction for the industry. If DC plays their cards correctly with John, I might subscribe for digital. I still buy books, but mostly Marvel Omnibuses and other hardcovers.
YOOOOOOOOOO! So good to see John featured prominently on DC's promotional materials-- As we've seen in the past, that's definitely a good sign.
It's indeed nice to see John Stewart be featured prominently. I'm wondering whether this new GM guy has anything to do with this? Also since Cyborg could be going back into the Titans, I'm wondering whether DC is deciding to replace Cyborg for John as their top minority character? Personally, I do hate that it has to be ONE minority character to get the biggest push though. It's better to push as many popular minority characters as you can.
