    Expectations: Thor with the Odinforce.

Reality: Thor playing Fortnite and ditching his people.
I think an easy way to look at Thanos stories is that anything written by Jim Starlin, Ron Marz and Keith Giffen is the real Thanos while anything written by other authors should be dismissed as a Thanosi clone.

Just read Journey into Mystery #99 (December, 1963), and I can already see how differently Don Heck draws Thor in comparison to Jack Kirby.

I was never a fan of Don Heck's artwork. His art feels sketchy and lifeless sometimes.

I loved Hecks stuff but always felt like he was more suited for the darker stuff. Buscema made Thor look like a god...Buscemas pencils gave Thor such a noble, regal quality.

Lets chalk that up to early installment weirdness

Joking aside, Sif's been an adult for thousands of years, so so what?

Cates seems to be indicating Thor has enough power to challenge a low ebb Galactus. So this is Thor with the Odin force and the power cosmic. Plus, hes Thor.

Cates hasn't used that term specifically, but as I understand it, he has confirmed it on Twitter (?).

Edit: I'm anticipating a "Thors greatest feats run", and a cool story to boot.

Could say that of Thor fighting almost anything for the last decade or so, he's been jobbing all over the show

For much of his time, Odin was able to stand with Galactus, especially in his early decades, it was really from around Thor 300 he was scaled well down

The last time they fought in the cosmic seed mini it was very even up to a point
