I think an easy way to look at Thanos stories is that anything written by Jim Starlin, Ron Marz and Keith Giffen is the real Thanos while anything written by other authors should be dismissed as a Thanosi clone.
I would wish to add one thing... it wasn't portrayed as just thor's DNA or the clone's essence, but it appeared to have tapped into the original version of thor's essence. .
The clones themselves were braindead to begin with, and they don't have any personality or minds to offer carol, least of all the thor head. The only place the hearts/minds can come from is if it tapped into the originals.
Any news on when the new Thor issue will come out ?
Another OHOTMU? Interesting.
The young godling rivalry. Who is the strongest? Let us find out:
from the old matches: even in physical strength. Hercules is better at wrestling
Thor's other powers and hammer generally give him the edge

I think it was that issue where Jane and all the Asgardians called out Odin ("down with the patriarchy!").
It started with Jane!Thor and Hercules arm-wrestling and then Thor came in to try and talk Jane Foster out of continuing to use her Thor form at the expense of her health. I think Hercules made fun of how Jane gave him a better challenge then Thor ever did.
