    Agree with all of this.

    Khazrak One-Eye approves.
I think an easy way to look at Thanos stories is that anything written by Jim Starlin, Ron Marz and Keith Giffen is the real Thanos while anything written by other authors should be dismissed as a Thanosi clone.

Still, Bendis should be banned from writing cosmic characters.

Agreed. For what it's worth, I truly enjoyed Bendis' work with Alan Davis from...

    Avengers Prime

Bendis wrote Thor as the heart of The Avengers.

Yeah, and gave him major roles in both Siege and Secret Invasion.

Just because he did something right, doesn't mean he isn't bad at writing most characters. Especially my favorite characters.

And just because you “hate” him doesn’t mean he didn’t write good stuff in his tenure at Marvel.

He should stick with street level vigilantes like Daredevil.

People are getting a bit carried away with Bendis and Thor, they forget that he also wrote a short Avengers run where he treated Thor as nothing more than a punching bag where he was knocked out by Taurus(who was surprised he even managed to do it), knocked out by Hulk using Mljonir, knocked out by some random alien bazookas... The worst thing about Bendis is he is very inconsistent and thinks the way he writes characters is the only right way to do it.

Avengers Prime was a surprisingly solid epilogue to Siege. I liked that it reminded everyone that, for all of the focus on Steve and Tony, Thor’s relationships with them are equally important.

Prime was fun (even if Steve cheated on Sharon in it and it was never mentioned again) and Alan Davis' art was gorgeous (especially on Enchantress).

I really don't understand why Thor needed spoilers:
Mjolnir to summon lightning in Empyre #2.
    end of spoilers

I might be nitpicking but still...

Because there are plenty of people who think Thor can't do crap without the hammer.
