A lot of the best XX stories lists are crap, but here is someone who knows what he's talking about: Tim Hanley. He has posted The greatest Wonder Woman comics of all time over on Polygon.
I don't necessarily agree with all his choices, but he gives good reasoning for all of them and does not shy away from their flaws. I agree with that I have to raise an eyebrow at some choices but I'll give credit for going a bit beyond just listing stuff from Marston, Perez, and Rucka.
