Today's Lois Lane #11 provided some of the best setup possible for a future Batwoman/Question book... and yet I'm not an ounce more convinced it'll actually happen. It's so weird. Rucka didn't have to use Renee in a book about Lois Lane at all. He didn't have to get into multiversal stuff, or bring in spoilers:

the Religion of Crime

end of spoilers. So why do all that unless Kate is also going to play a role? The combination of things is what's notable about that.

Except Rucka's also been adamant that he doesn't want to use Kate as a side character in anything. Then... why do all that other stuff? We'll have to see what the last issue holds, but this is so strange.

It also doesn't help that, 11 issues and over a year into this, it's still not clear if Rucka actually knows Renee's not single.

It connects to her mask, though bizarrely her mask in the comics doesn't cover her entire head (it does on the show).

Right. I keep imagining 66 Batgirl cowl that's also has a cowl and wig even though I know what Kate's mask looks like in comics. So her cowl is mainly wig plus mask? ^^
