I have wondered with the tv Jon having a twin brother if they would ever bring him into the comics somehow. Possibly in a future reboot, although there would be wacky comic book ways to do it without a reboot.

Unlikely. Most likely Jon will have a younger sister. If there will be cartoons about Rebirth, then Jon may have a twin brother.
