if I were to divvy it up:

John Stewart vs Invisible Woman - Lightsmith vs Lightbender

Black Lightning vs Human Torch - battle of the elementals

Vixen vs The Thing - a brawl between powerhouses

Bumblebee vs Mister Fantastic - left over but they both can alter the size of their body and are tech based.

Been reading through Simone's first Birds of Prey run (very good read so far. Can't believe I slept on it for so long). Was pleasantly surprised to see Vixen make an appearance....Though this definitely isn't her best look.


Also kind of a bummer that my first time seeing her in this run is while she's brainwashed by a cult but...hopefully that doesn't last long.

She actually brainwashed by way of a very powerful telepath...if I remember correctly.

Got a few more issues in and yeah. That's pretty much what's happening. A telepathic cult leader who worships a laptop, connected to Braniac, of all things...This story just got really weird. But at least Vixen's been freed from the mind control lol

I think my only complaint I have. Some artists (and writers) always try to show her in cat mode.

I wonder should Vixen (and other Red users) have the ability to sense magic, spirits, death and detect evil. For example, Superman: Doomed shows Krypto growled at Superman after he had been infected with Doomsday's cells. She should have a natural sensitivity to the paranormal.
