With an industry on the verge of collapse and huge losses of fans (ESPN, NBA, Football ratings, DC Layoffs, Marvel comics cancellations etc. etc.) do you still wanna chase everybody away simply because they hold a different opinion or belief than you!


We are creeping closer and closer to a third world existence and once you go too far it takes decades and even a century to get back to greatness and peace of mind!


It will be much harder to make an argument for anything if absolutely everybody and they momma are deplatformed with no voice whatsoever for commentary!

Black Panther made 1.3 Billion Dollars at the box office and it's lead star just passed away and it's ongoing comic barely pushes 20,000 in sales as it is with rare appearances here and there in other media!


What financial gain does getting rid of Letitia Wright now serve moving forward???

To be fair I'm not saying she should get cancelled or whatever but she's spreading serious misinformation. The video she posted on Twitter is not by a health professional who's telling us to be skeptical. It's by a self proclaimed 'prophet' who obviously hasn't done any research and doesn't like the name of one of the enzymes used in the vaccine research. And all of her reasoning and his reasoning is "because Jesus" and as a Catholic stuff like this really pisses me off. Being religious doesn't mean you should immediately reject science. And I'm so tired of hyper-religious folks that take everything a bunch of men and books that have been proven again and again to have been mistranslated and misinterpreted at face value. God put us on this Earth to have free will and if you're a blind follower then you're doing it wrong.

Tom Cruise got huge backlash during that time period, it took years and years before he got back into the public's good graces and he did that by shutting up about Scientology in public and not bouncing off couches in every interview. But the second he does that again, he's going to movie jail.

This isn't simply about having a "different" opinion, nobody is angry about her liking Wendy's over McDonald's - she's a high profile actress in the MCU and she represents Marvel and Shuri. What she does reflects badly on them by association. Being anti-vaxx is incredibly controversial since this hurts people when they do that and is incredibly bad during a world scale pandemic and we're about to get the first vaccines. Parroting conspiracy theories that put people in danger is very disheartening and what's she going to do next? Join Qanon? Boost Alex Jones?

Marvel's financial gain will be hurt by her making statements like this and when any actor is more of a headache to the bean counters pocket books they're gone.

It's not her business when she posts those beliefs on social media, that's everyone's business especially Marvel's. She has a job to do, and her job isn't to spout dangerous conspiracy theories. Roseanne did the same thing, look what happened to her. She didn't become person non grata in Hollywood because she has bad acting skills.

This is why Chadwick Boseman became so beloved by everyone, he knew how to present himself to the public to appease Marvel, Hollywood and his fans and become an icon and icons don't stay icons for long when they start sounding like Alex Jones.
