Yeah, the last time we've seen him, during the Omega Hulk storyline (I guess), he was a teenager when Banner removed his Gamma powers.

At least the arc's end is making it out before the Diamond shutdown. Who knows what's going to happen with later issues of... well... practically everything, including Immortal Hulk.
