Judging by what we've seen in King In Black previews, it's possible that Joe becomes a sort of "halfway" Hulk. Green, but in a human frame, kind of like Cho is now.

Fun issue. Wish the reveal hadn’t been spoiled before hand by the solicits but even then the final page had me grinning. The ending title pages have been so key to the run that I wonder if Marvel will keep them in, minus the credits.

Doc Sasquatch had me hollering, that was a good twist. It seems that each gamma mutate has their own separate door and they can use others doors to escape hell, but it means they’ll be coming back in other people’s bodies. That must be how Leader got into Banner’s head, through his Green Door. It seems Joe is in control of both bodies (was not expecting Hulk to give birth to himself lmao), which is expected since Savage is clearly too traumatized to do anything.
So where does the husk go after Joe tore through Savage hulk's belly?
As with many good episodes, it felt too short. But at least we have the anticipation of weaker Joe finding a way to clean Ben's clock.
As pointed out on another board..

I saw the ending coming but I LOVED IT nonetheless. The beginning of the issue was a great surprise. Hulk (whichever version) always ends up being his worst enemy. =)

Love the little things that sometimes pop up in these issues. Puck drinking his coffee out of a Guardian Alpha Flight coffee mug. The title of the issue - Now here's the Thing! Great stuff!
I'm curious about something on the letters page... spoilers:end of spoilers
Ewing says that the Hulk's diminished condition is due to Banner being absent - rather than, say, Fixit only being able to "half-Hulk out" - but that's never been a thing before in the various times they've been split.
Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaybe. It's not even the same sort of "you" - Fixit knew perfectly well who he was fighting, and was about to call Grimm names in that shot ("You big pile of orange rocks", to use a printable version) before he stopped himself, whereas here it's an "Oh great, it's you..". Ewing's probably aware of FF #320, but calling that a "reference" is a stretch.
...I don't see it. If you're talking about spoilers:end of spoilers, the whole upper body is different. About the only similarity is the leg pose, and that's largely because there's only so many ways to cover a naked crotch without resorting to "scenery censorship" or straight-up censor bars.
