Wow, Betsy and Logan really havent interacted since his return? She lost her last body searching for him...lol

Tini Howard talks Betsy Braddock.
I'm only like...20 minutes in but this is pretty good so far. I enjoy the honesty of the host in regard to conflicting feelings regarding the change and his character overview is really thorough! With Tini knowing him beforehand she seems a bit more comfortable and at ease than I've seen/heard in other interviews she's done.
CGAR are you sure this isn't you doing this interview lmao? The host brings up how he wants a Giant Size: CB & Psylocke drawn by Dauterman.

Right???? Lol I was like damn that was my idea too.
Great minds think alike.
I will say that I’m highly critical of her run but I do like the way she speaks on Betsy and what she teased for the future.
Your impact! Should it happen you definitely deserve something lol.
Agreed. Excalibur is frustrating because I think Tini has really great ideas and a fantastic sense of world building but the execution is lacking. That whole part about writing Betsy as a woman of privilege who makes mistakes and has to learn how to really come to terms with the switch sounds amazing but feels light in the actual book. It also sounds like there's some Betsy/Warren stuff on the horizon.
Has there been any examples of Betsy using her Captain Britain powers? Like super strength etc?
The interviewer brings up how Warren hasn't really known or had sex with Betsy in her original body and Tini says something that indicates it's a future plot point!
Yeah, like Ferro said it's mainly just been the teleporting but I feel like Tini said in another interview the powers the suit gives her are mainly to fly and teleport to Otherworld. The super strength might not be a factor this go round.
Thanks, I was actually passing through that point while you were typing.
But unfortunately, the podcast was as predictable as I thought it would be; Asian Psylocke was a racist caricature, and present Betsy is how Betsy should be written. Did he actually say that the body-swap was Betsy's punishment for her saving Havok's life without his permission, or did I misunderstand?
Ommadon: “By summoning all the dark powers I will infest the spirit of man So that he uses his science and logic to destroy himself. Greed and avarice shall prevail, and those who do not hear my words shall pay the price. I'll teach man to use his machines, I'll show him what distorted science can give birth to. I'll teach him to fly like a fairy, and I'll give him the ultimate answer to all his science can ask. And the world will be free for my magic again.”
