Issue 86 was just a big fight. The most interesting thing about it was Barry willingly going to prison while he still doesn't have a handle on his powers.

On another note the Rogues have felt really inconsistent design wise. When they showed up in their new looks Weather Wizard had green skin and is now back to normal. Heatwave went back and forth between having his burn scars and not having them despite there being an arc ending with his skin getting healed recently. While it's not an inconsistency Captain Cold also looks like an old man now, with gray hair and a receding hairline.
