Loved what Giffen and DeMatteis did with her in JLA/JLI.

It was cool to see her show up in Kingdom Come as well.

Yeah, great character. I'd love to see her in something with Ice at the least, and preferably a full-on reunion with Ted and Booster as well, Guy too if they could.

Beatriz is freakin' awesome, especially in her unapologetically 80s Adam Hughes costume. I really wish she'd show back up on a team.

She was cool in Checkmate too.

DC needs a new JLI book w Fire n Ice of course.

I think I preferred the "Green Fury" identity more than "Fire" but at least they didn't give her the Ice/IceMaiden treatment and make them 2 characters.

It was cool to see her show up in Kingdom Come as well.

I had forgotten her cameo appearance in KINGDOM COME, still rocking' the Hughes outfit.


I liked the character pivot in CHECKMATE but I thought it went unneccesarily dark in order to get to the "the glamorous facade is a takeout for a hardcore spy" point.

No objections here, but I hope she comes back with her Hughes costume. She never looked better.

Thank the gods they got rid of the flaming nostrils to fly.

I was reading her bio and she essentially living flames with minor phasing abilities. If I was her writer, I would play of the phasing part...make her more a ghost-like fire elemental. Might even bring back her illusion projecting powers.
