This week's episode (a James Robinson episode!) was another home run. The 40-45 minute run time is a real bummer, but they still make it work. This show has such a sense of place to it, such an authenticity of character. A ton of gravitas. Courtney is the hero we need in 2020, I'd say.
Tonight’s episode definitely upped the stakes! I agree this is the best DC comic show in a LONG time!

I wouldn’t say in a long time since this airing concurrently with Doom Patrol. But yes Stargirl and Doom Patrol are the cream of the crop when it comes to DC shows

This was a really great episode. Everyone involved with this show should be proud. If they can stick the landing, this will be the most successful season of any superhero show hands down.

Although Doom Patrol was also pretty damn great...

Stargirl, Doom Patrol, Harley Quinn, and Watchmen have been top notch.

It's definitely my favourite, right next to BATMAN '66.

Getting better every week. I’m having a little trouble with the acting though. It could be a little better. It was nice to see the Shining Knight but he looks a little scrawny. Pat was the star of the show. Nice punch Pat. Best part of the whole episode.

I mean he has been pretty down on his luck for what seems like a long time. Confused, not making much money, poor living conditions. Not to mention all the people that look down at him. I'm sure in his heyday he looked more like a knight of the Round Table.

I think if you put him in the armor again, he'd look the part.

So. I'm really excited this is coming out. While I wish they would break these into smaller installments (just because I prefer smaller collections), you absolutely cannot beat that price point. Since the omnibus series has been price gouged so excessively online, it's great to see DC is going to be collecting these in print again!

The part where Justin fell to his knees in front of Pat broke my heart.

Same here, such emotion in that scene- and Pat's pure hearted kindness.
