This storyline seems heavily reliant on the "good" adults not being able to do much of anything or just not being acknowledged.

Jan, Bobbi, and the rest of GIRL are probably looking for Nadia - but don't know where she is. The Champions would obviously like to rescue their captured teammates too (and now they'll have the X-Men at their disposal!) but same problem, they don't know where they are.
