They used Pym particles in liquid, gas and capsule form until continuous long term exposure allowed their bodies to produce it's own Pym particles.

Janet had a cameo appearance in IRON MAN 2020 #1.

She was being interviewed about Tony Stark, and was arguing against the current label of him as an artificial intelligence, telling people to call him "him" instead of "it".

I’m loving Slott’s use of Janet in this run.

yet strangely he didn't use them once when he took over the future foundation. and he pulled off tricks like selectively shrinking his stomach in his solo series. but please do continue to dismiss his abilities.

    Powers and abilities
Using a gaseous form of "Pym particles" kept in a compartment in his belt,[11] Ant-Man initially had the power to shrink himself (and other people and objects along with himself) to the size of an ant and return to normal. Over time, he has acquired the ability to change size at will. He can also shrink to sub-microscopic size, and thereby enter the countless "subatomic universes".[19] He retains his normal strength in ant size.

The cybernetic Ant-Man helmet allows rudimentary telepathic communication with insects, and is equipped with sound amplification equipment allowing normal-sized humans to hear its wearer. The helmet also has a retractable plexiglass face shield and a limited air supply.

Lang has advanced training and expertise in electronics, having earned an electronics technician certificate, plus additional advanced electronics training he received while in prison. At times, Lang even made his own modifications to the Ant-Man equipment, such as installing the Pym gas dispenser in his helmet rather than leaving it on his belt,[12] or mounting an electric disruptor into his helmet for offensive purposes.[12]

    Tools of the Trade
The Ant-Man gear allows Scott Lang to shrink to several sizes, from just a few inches tall to microscopic. Originally, this incredible ability came from the use of so-called Pym Particles, released in the form of a gas from canisters on a belt, but over time Lang absorbed enough of the particles to will the size-change through his own mind. Though discovered and popularized by Hank Pym, Lang himself widened the scope of knowledge surrounding Pym Particles by identifying metrics that he applied to their use and in doing so, perhaps grew to be more adept with them than the original Ant-Man.

To be fair though, you also thought that TONY STARK: IRON MAN #19 was the end of it until she turned up here. Honestly, not trying to be snarky -- just pointing out that its entirely possible that she could turn up again.

I can only hope. Maybe Rosenberg could add her to a Force Works relaunch.

Popping up with single panel cameos does not count as being used. Dan Slott listed like 15 characters that would be relevant in Iron Man 2020 months ago, she wasn't one of them, she isn't in Force Works either.

I agree she could have another cameo or two. It just doesn't change anything.

She might however (big emphasis on might) be in Avengers Empire. So we'll see about that

You'd think that she might be in Zub's Empyre tie-in. The solicit mentions the Agents of Wakanda.

Yeah that's what I meant. I think she has a chance of being in that.

The problem is because she is an agent, aka. demoted, she probably won't be called in as an Avenger.

    ugh.

Get rid of Luis and crew and increase Janet's role to match Hank's in the next movie. Have them both be featured in the next major marvel ensemble and then once the movies are done with both actors, make an amatw prelude D+ show.

    You're welcome feige

Hearing what they had planned for AM&TW, it makes the Sonny Burch thing more pointless.
