    Not a pleasant thought.
I think it is from X-Men Gold #7 or #8 definitely one of those two issues. I think Ken drew a three/four issue arc that started with issue #7

No. Or I would have included it.

I thought it was fine. Honestly.

X Men Gold is way better than the current Hickman stuff.

    Kurt vs Kurt in Excalibur.
I took CC to task over this one, it should have been Justicer Elgin or Holst (or another British composer) rather than Cadbury (a chocolate manufacturer).
He had the same look when the High Evolutionary removed the X-Men's X-Gene - wavy black hair and blue eyes.

The OTHER time the X-Men lost their powers - Logan almost died because the admantium was poisoning his blood stream without his healing factor.

That would be awful (for all of them) because Kurt has always seemed to enjoy who he is, the way he looks.

Someone kindly put this up on the Remy/Rogue thread, I thought it great fun, particularly Chewie! And I just love Rogue’s hair.

Old school Marvel Universe handbook entry for Kurt. I love these when I first started reading comics as a kid. I love breaking down their powers and physical capabilities.

    I had those too!
Interesting, he’s lost weight over the years, the current Marvel pages have him at 160 (or 170, can’t be bothered to go check this late at night). Here he’s 195lbs.
He’s also gained a horrendously complicated and unnecessary backstory.

    Thanks for posting.

I noticed that too. I think it was 170lbs or 175lbs.

Sigh. Even his doodles are gorgeous.

I’m being indecisive about his left leg.

Yeah, I like these, like the fey energy (tail is a bit excessive and not convinced about the number of digits) but there’s and elegant Kurt-ness to the art.
