Qs are not easy to kill, even when they want to. before the Q civil war, one Q kept trying to kill himself but did more damage to people around him than himself. only when the civil war broke did the Q come up with weapons that could kill them.

He resisted the Namek Dragon when wished to be returned to Earth. He can move in a time stop (kinda) when boosted by kaio ken. He broke a pocket dimension with raw force against Hit.

Edit: Also, characters weaker then him have broken dimensional boundaries. If he has access to MUI then he can probably replicate Jirens "stronger the time itself" thing. Plus he can bust the universe.

The way Dragonball Ki works Goku is in a weird place against beings like Q. He can shrug off psychic attacks, space and time warping, debatably transmutation, and a bunch of other esoteric stuff. But he's perfectly vulnerable to mundane biological hazards like diseases, poisons, and suffocation. So it could be argued that Q would struggle to affect Goku directly but he could transmute all the oxygen in the arena into carbon monoxide no problem and kill Goku that way.

Goku utterly annihilates his immediate physical presence before he can think. Up for debate whether that kills him or not, but I don't think he's got any feats to suggest he can remanifest at all, let alone before a ten count because I don't think he's ever actually been shown having to deal with anything like that.

Debatable on the first (though it's not a ring out), but we definitely know he can resist reality manipulation on the scale of beings that poof whole planets and species into existence.

Q did infect Vash with a disease she would already have had if he had not protected her from it and accelerated it so that it would have killed her in seconds had he not relented.

He also can transmute the entire atmosphere of a planet or just the planet.

Not sure that puts him against Goku. No doubt Goku can blitz him physically but debatable how much good that will do.

he did get punched by sisko but that was more of a play fight than anything.

the only other time he was hurt was when he got shot by "musket" fire. note that the weapon only appeared to be a musket to janeway since Q presented the continuum and the civil war as the actual US civil war and the "bullets" were Q weapons that were causing supernovas across the galaxy as a side effect.

That's super good, but still pretty tame compared to what Goku can toss out.

My guess is Goku wins some sort of 10 count victory in an Arena fight but loses in any sort of scenario where Q can get creative.

but hence comes the issue.

while there is no evidence that Q can take a hit from goku, there is none to show that he can't.

Q only looks human because that's the only way he can really interact with the crew since his true form is basically just energy. i'm not even sure goku punching him would really do anything since Q don't feel or understand the concept of pain.

hmmmm thinking on it, i can't say one way or the other.

also, Q's talk with Q suggests that the Q don't particularly like being in human form and only do so to communicate effectively with humans and other such beings. so i don't think it would bother them much if their human forms were destroyed.
