I found a pic of the cel I was talking about, with the twins having purple hair.

In this ad, Jayna is missing, but Zan is there, and he appears to have blue hair.

i'm hopeful that we'll be seeing more of them.

They're appearing in the current issues of Young Justice, and they are on the cover of Superman: Heroes. Don't know if they'll be in the book or not.

Newsarama website has posted an interview with Mark Russell and Stephan Byrne, the writer and artist on the Wonder Twins maxi-series.

Next Wednesday (02/19) is the release date of the last issue (#12) of the Wonder Twins Maxi-Series. Here is a link to the interview, and a peek at the last cover.

Russell talks about his love for The Super Friends, and Wonder Twins there.

Wonder Twins #12 is officially out.

The cover says "See you next series", so some fans are hoping that means another maxi or mini series will be published at some point in the future.

The series is wrapped up very nicely, tying up loose ends with some of the League of Annoyance, Filo and Polly Math, and the twins' status on Earth and at the Hall of Justice.

Once again, there were some laugh out loud moments with this issue. I won't talk about the story, but here are some images.

When the Wonder Twin get back to the Hall of Justice, and find the JLA have found Filo and Polly Math.

Filo was working with Lex Luthor, and was presumed dead, when in fact he was sent to the Phantom Zone. Polly (Filo's daughter and Jayna's classmate) was arrested after looking for revenge for what happened to her father.

Zan and Jayna went rogue and stole from Lex Luthor, harbored Polly and later Filo (after rescuing him from the PZ) as fugitives. The JLA was not amused, and then found where the twins were hiding Filo and Polly.

My favorite line was when they hug Superman and Batman walks away saying, "Meeting adjourned on account of hugging."

Hugs are Batman's kryptonite. But I think we all knew that already.

There was a one year timeskip at the end, so that explains why Lex was still his usual self and not Apex Lex - the book was mostly set before Year of the Villain, but the epilogue is probably just before they joined Young Justice.

Yeah, it was pretty dumb, but it did give us a funny moment. Batman's dialog made me laugh again. Also an earlier line from Hawkman about knitting. LOL
