I've seen Felicia in two adaptations, animation, and in both she was a fun character, maybe she's fun because she doesn't have all of the pressure tacked onto her that MJ does...

I'm sorry, but I'm not impressed, she doesn't do anything unique to her concept that catwoman hasn't done. She very overshadowed by cat woman in everything but sex partners. Pretty boring too.

Personally I never viewed Felicia as a poor man's Selina, the two are really very different imho, though I don't remember Selina having much of a family and last I checked Felicia was never a prostitute...
