Also, not weird. He would've been in his 90s had he never had the serum or been frozen.
Well, that's my issue, it wasn't a magical change that made him old based on how he should be chronologically (like black adam during the 52), his biological age because of him frozen was paused at whatever age he was frozen at. The serum kept his blood from freezing and he went into a makeshift suspended animation, so it's more that the serum indirectly kept him young. If he hadn't aged purely because of the serum I might understand but it was because of him going into the ice

Well...removing the serum should not age him....just shrink him to what his body type would have been without the serum. And he would age normally after that.

As far as birth...In Adventures of Captain America #1 (Sept 91) his DOB is given as 7/4/1917. Avengers Roll Call released in April 2012 states 1922...but has a continuity issue with his father dying in 1920.

However not sure on canonicity of AoCA.

How much time was that? Over a decade. So dude's 48 now?
Still doesn't make him old though

Odd. Those images say they're from captainamericalibrary.com, which doesn't exist. The image urls are marvelheroeslibrary.com, which yields an error message. How'd you get those images?

Hi. Been in and out of Marvel since Fresh New Start began. I was at a point where I literally just bought the issues, and never cracked them open. Catching up on Costes’ Cap run, and was wondering how was Higgins’ Winter Soldier? Does it tie into Coates’ Cap? Thinking about picking it up, because I absolutely love Reis’s art.

Also—all of those Cap artists, but no Sal Buscema, Kieron Dwyer, or Ron Lim? No Dave Hoover? (Ducks and hides over Hoover mention)

It has nothing to do with Coates' Cap and does not rock Bucky's world, but it's a nice story with fantastic art.
I don't blind date I make the direct market vibrate
