Just started reading Cap again, 1st time since maybe the Brubaker years. Thank God for recap pages. One question: Who is the woman with the hood and the arrows standing behind Ross in The latest issue? She also appears in the 1st cover for #25 above. Thanks.

That is a time displaced Peggy Carter. She's ostensibly there to save Sharon's soul. Really just thank MCU Synergy.

She does look younger-ish, but it's hard to say. I do love that cover, tho, especially if it means Natasha will be showing up. I love the Brubaker-era Capfam. I'm also curious what the special story will be that the solicit hints at. It's 'celebratory', is this year/November a major Cap milestone?

Honestly, my theory for "new" Agent 13 is that it's just a de-aged Sharon Carter, maybe with some fancy tricks. Speaking of Sharon, it's super cool that they're putting together a trade for her. I'm a little surprised, but since she's in FATWS, it tracks.

The simple answer is to just collect it in trade, but I'm a bit of a completionist when it comes to my favorite characters. As I'm sure most of us are.

Yeah, Selene's powers can probably be used to restore Sharon's youth.

She's not time displaced. She was resurrected and de-aged, but they haven't explained how yet.

Actually, however they did that could also be used on Sharon!

Ah, that was a slight misreading of issue #19 on my part. For some reason I thought Agatha or whomever might have pulled her from a specific point, but I reread it and you are correct. So much vagueness.
