So her best days have been highlighted as either a single or Scott's wife. Every other relationship like Bishop and Jean happened due to memory wipe/alternate realities therefore I am not sure having another relationship with Scott or even Logan around will makes things good for her.

Before Emma, Scott best days was either single or dating/married Jean. So I don't see why Jean have to be denied same thing just because Scott is alive.
it is just continuing to be unfair for the sake of it

The only thing teased so far has been Jean/Logan. Nothing wrong with that but is the truth.
We have seen Emma say that she loves Cyclops and that he apparently got pegged but outside nothing else has been shown, specially between Jean and Cyclops.

IDK where people took that Scott liked to be pegged, another canon that people take out of their hands.

Scott's characterization has changed drastically after he merged with Apocalpyse. Having a relationship with Emma was just consequential.

Jean didn't really change after she came back up.

Last week's giant-zied issue basically established Jeansus' firm belief that she basically owns Scott and Logan, lol. If you're going to try to sell the "ZOMG, Jean is the VICTIM™! SO UNFAIR!" defense, at least take the sensible route and start whining about the x-line relaunch basically being a slash fic starring Jean as the legitimate-former-love-interest-turned-villainous-delusional-demented-hag or whatever.

For the record Morrison intentionally didn't do it. Quesada had a lot to do with it otherwise it wouldn't have paralleled with Ultimate X-Men(Jean and Logan etc) in certain ways. Quesada is known for being infamous like this.
