Couldn't agree more with this review. I thought you were too kind, actually. Story needs to get better, and fast, or it will die on the vine before the first story arc is done.

Yeah, I expected better from Seagle. This book was already a longshot based on the preview weeks ago, but after reading #1, it's already been dropped...
