Anyone else wonder what it's gonna take for the team to get their own damn individual costumes? I really feel like they should be at that milestone by now.

Actually they had their own individual costumes way back in Chris Claremont's original run but later writers ignored that as usual.

Even after Chris left, there was another revamp of their costumes for X-Force.

Cypher and Magik are going to be in Giant Size X-Men Nightcrawler! I am so excited with Alan Davis drawing.

Does anybody prefer 'Eye-boy' to join New Mutants rather than Armor? He looks cool.

I don't mind a unified color scheme, but god damn they could at leasy add some personality to the outfits.

Besides Magik, the most unique looking NM are Tabby and Mondo.

Tabby cause she had the sense to put on some shades and a Jacket

And Mondo cause he almost always never wears a shirt.

Cypher has a jacket and also a cybernetic arm. He looks super cool in the Giant Size X-Men drawn by Alan Davis!!!

I think Dani is really in need of a costume update and Karma's look should definitely take a page from Dustin Weaver unused pink redesign for AXM.
I'd also like if Rahne got a recolor closer to the brown and orange look designed by Leonard Kirk during his X-factor run.
It would be so awesome if their looks still kept some visual consistency but they were all able to add personal elements and distinct colors. Black and yellow shoulde be used mostly for younger trainees, not experienced X-men.

Well, in that picture, there are only two New Mutants who have swords i.e. Magik and Cypher.

I thought it said there should only be 10 X-Men with swords, but I counted 20 in that picture.

I think it's about time that Doug gets physical. The new writers haven't used his body language powers ever since Zeb Wells which is a shame because it's so cool.
