    Thanks for the recs, I heard Bendis built off Smith but didn’t know if Smith was needed or not. I’ll add Smith and Loeb’s DD: Yellow since I loved Spider-Man: Blue and Batman: The Long Halloween.

    You're welcome! Just be sure not to read Daredevil: Yellow until after you've read Guardian Devil.

    Kevin Smith's story is one of those stories that's honestly a huge mess, but it's also a very big deal in affecting continuity and also felt like it was giving the series a punch of energy (although I actually like the stuff Joe Kelly was doing prior to the relaunch). The story after - Parts of a Hole - is one of my favorite stories from Volume 2, but definitely has less of an impact.

    I'd give the Devil benefit of law, for my own safety's sake!
    Thomas More - A Man for All Seasons

    Miller's is my favourite run and that was a great place for you to start. I would also recommend Smith's run for the continuity aspect. Below is what I would additionly recommend:

    The first 11 or so issues from 1964 (here you get to meet for the first time most of the key costars such as Karen, Foggy, villains such as The Owl, Stilt-Man, Mr. Fear and the Purple Man and one of the best Daredevil issues ever DD#7)
    Guardian Devil (Vol. 2 #1-8) by Smith & Quesada;
    Parts of a Hole (Vol. 2 #9-15) by Mack & Quesada (introduction of Echo):
    All of Bendis' run (Vol. 2 #16-19, 26-50, 56-81);
    All of Brubaker's run (Vol. 2 #82-119,500)
    Also read Daredevil: Dark Nights #1-3 by Lee Week - fantastic story.

    Afterwards you could always read other runs by Denny 0'Neill, Ann Nocenti, Mark Waid and Charles Soule.

    On the first page of this thread, there's a comprehensive list of Daredevil trades.

    Btw, I'm also a fan of Batman: The Long Halloween. I have it in the Absolute format.

    I honestly can't even recall any that made it out of his run.

    I'm not the best at figuring out how to post the full size images; however, the David Mack variant cover for #25 looks epic:

    I LOVE David Mack's covers particularly for Daredevil and Jessica Jones.

    I like it a lot but David Mack needs to either find new photo reference or try a little more.
