It’s still so cool seeing Ottley draw Spiderman.

I've fallen out of love with Ottley's artwork on ASM. :/

I've sort of just been dragging along the past few issues in ASM. I read them but can barely remember what happened after 2099 crash landed in the current timeline. The arc(s) haven't been grabbing me. But I like the talk of multiverse stuff!

Peter doing something interesting with his own life in his own book for the first time in 37 issues.

Also, more proof that this is the year of the Falcon.

I love how the flashback scene to Civil War II shows Peter there when he was barely involved with the conflict aside from interacting with Ulysses .

Working on his next issue of ASM, no doubt.

When another artist is on an arc, Ottley is working on his next turn at bat.

    Artists for next few issues:

    #37: Ryan Ottley
    #38-40: Iban Coello
    #41-42: Ottley

I'm just glad he's back on interiors for a while. And glad that we're back to regular issues of this book!

Ottley’s becoming one of those artists who I just associate with Spider-Man. Like Ryan Stegman, Humberto Ramos, or Mark Bagley. I know they can do stellar stuff that’s not Spider related, but I just don’t connect with it like I do when it is Spider-related.

Totally agreed. And you and I must have similar tastes, because those are my favorite Spider-Man artists! Including JRJR and Chris Bachalo!

    Hear, hear!

These preview pages look great. So happy to get back to regular ASM - it's been too long!

Hoping it picks up it’s stride again. I’ve still been reading, but have been less hooked since the last few issues after Hunted.

Same, at least when it comes to Ryan Stegman and Mark Bagley. Seeing either of them do anything Spider-Man-related is a treat for me.

Hoping this picks up steam with no more event crossovers for the foreseeable future. Been just dragging recently...
