Again, forum rules are "consistent with presentation" as opposed to just "consistent".

This is the most important part of the consistency issue.

It's not 'how many times it's done' or whatever; there's no 'frequency threshold'. It's 'high end feats consistent with presentation'. Yes, that does mean there is some wiggle room for people to argue presentation as well, but there are no hard and fast 'rules' to fiction, so there will always be wiggle room no matter how many rules are applied to the discussion.
