Maybe they developed mutant magic already on Arakko? Since they were surrounded by all those demons and supernatural forces.

I think you're definitely onto something. Apocalypse's Grimoire is stacked with info and like we saw with those twins he's been researching it forever..the dude's trying to get back what he used to have, probably for the benefit of his "kids" on Arakko but I guess that's TBD. Maybe they aren't mutants in the sense we're used to and perform the magic differently? maybe they're clones of his a la Sinister hence why he calls them his kids.. ugh I wanna know more about arakko so bad and its just sitting right there lmao

Technically they don't have access to Arakko, only a small part of Arakko.

We get an entire page describing the powers of the summoners yet you bring up the one instance of a human child from two mutants in a situation where, whatever they are, the summoners are absolutly not human.

They might be clones of War since she was the mom. But I would love to see them being the mutant magicians that Apocalypse wants to recreate with Krakoan mutants.
