What is the difference between Krakoa resurrections and duplication like what Sinister does when by himself?

Okkara resurrections are dependant on Sinister's DNA library...

the memories they're given when resurrected are theirs bc they were isolated + uploaded to cerebro by Xavier as they're thought/felt/experienced. So its more "soul" than "programming" . If I'm remembering correctly lol

There really isnt. In the past we've seen Sinister clones that have been mindless dummies but we've also seen them which are just as like the original. My working theory is that Sinister has been working with Xavier in order to perfect the Cerebro mind transfer. His clones which have been the most successful were the ones which Xavier transferred the memories too. I think Hickman at the very least set the seed for this by establishing that Xavier approached him years ago

Nightcrawler comments that he is not sure what happens to his soul. That perhaps when they are resurrected, it returns from the beyond to the body.

We know that's possible because Scarlet Spider's cloning method in Clone Conspirancy was confirmed to do exactly that, Doctor Strange confirmed they had the original soul.

    That’s pretty interesting.

The thing is, there have been so many resurrections and clones at Marvel that trying to find a single answer that works for everyone is futile. Each case is different and must be analyzed individually.

For example the Peter Parker we have now is not in his original body, his original body died in The Other. Do we consider that Spider-man is a clone?

It's the same for Black Widow and Iron Man these days too.

And everyone who died in Secret Wars. Or Captain America is technically a construct from Kobik. If we get fussy even Hawkeye is a construct created by Wanda in House of M.

Oh that is just headache inducing, you’re right!
