Is Bobbi appearing anywhere currently?

She's part of the four-person team in 2020 Force Works, a three-issue tie-in to Iron Man 2020. She's also in Black Panther and the Agents of Wakanda (so far she's appeared in issues #3, 4, and 7 and is scheduled for issue #8). She's part of the supporting cast in Captain America, but it's a very large supporting cast and she usually only gets one or two panels an issue, not always with dialogue.

In addition, she appeared in the latest issue of Hawkeye: Freefall (issue #4) and it's possible she'll be showing up again, but it's hard to predict.

Where can I find the story where Bobbi took the Super-Soldier Serum?

That would be New Avengers (2010) #9-13.

I miss Bobbi's glasses.

Her civilian glasses or the goggles on her Dark Reign costume?

I like that she used to wear glasses when out of costume (although not consistently; I guess they get in the way of fighting and she must have gotten used to contact lenses). It's a nice touch that makes her a little more recognizable and even relatable. But it's hard to imagine that she would still need glasses after becoming a super soldier.

Surprisingly, Bobbi and Ka-Zar won't be on the same squad for the Empyre tie-in! Ka-Zar will be with the Savage Land squad (obviously), and Mockingbird will be elsewhere with Wonder Man and Quicksilver.

I don't mind that though. Bobbi and Ka-Zar are already on an ongoing team in AGENTS OF WAKANDA, so we already have the opportunity for reunion team-up between them over there. I'm happy to see Bobbi and Simon reunited in the EMPYRE: AVENGERS mini. And Quicksilver too, of course...but she and Pietro never really got close since he was a villain for most of her stint as an active West Coast Avenger. By the time he returned to the team as a hero, she had dropped to reservist status.
