Don't think sivana can really hurt stepp but stepp allso can't hit sivana he's just to fast.

I wouldn't say he's slow as hell he may not have super speed but he's definitely not slow like a zombie or something.

SW is faster then some people. He flicks arrows out of the air and catches rockets. But yeah, Sivana has a clear edge here regardless.
